The Digital Green Room is a private editorial collaboration platform operated by RewindZone, Cambridge, UK. It is used to facilitate the production of long-form editorial profiles and interview features for publication on RewindZone (rewindzone.com).

By accessing this platform — whether as a guest, an enquirer, or a visitor — you agree to these terms.

Access to the guest editorial environment is by invitation only. Access codes are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your access code with any third party.

Your access code grants you access to review and respond to editorial content prepared specifically for you. It does not grant any rights to the underlying platform, its codebase, or the editorial systems used to produce your profile.

RewindZone reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice.

When you submit responses, corrections, or media through the platform, you grant RewindZone a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and archive that content as part of your editorial profile and associated published feature.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of your own words and uploaded media. RewindZone does not claim ownership of content you create.

RewindZone retains full editorial independence. While guests are invited to review drafts, correct factual inaccuracies, and provide additional context, the final editorial judgement — including structure, framing, and selection of content — rests with the RewindZone editorial team.

Participation in the Green Room process does not constitute approval rights over the final published work, nor does it guarantee publication.

Public profile pages at greenroom.rewindzone.com/profile/ are editorial records produced by RewindZone using a combination of publicly available data, TMDB filmography data, and content contributed through the collaboration process.

Profile pages are published at RewindZone's discretion and with the implicit consent of the guest through their participation in the process. If you wish to request amendment or removal of a published profile, contact us at contact@rewindzone.com.

Submitting an enquiry through the Join Us page does not create any contractual relationship. RewindZone is under no obligation to respond to or act on any enquiry received.

Enquiries are reviewed by the editorial team and responded to at their discretion.

The Digital Green Room platform, its design, codebase, editorial content, and visual identity are the intellectual property of RewindZone. Nothing on this platform grants you any right to reproduce, copy, or repurpose any part of it.

TMDB data is provided under the TMDB API terms of service. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

The platform is provided as-is. RewindZone makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RewindZone is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
